基于系统动力学的应急物流系统优化研究

     

摘要

In this paper, according to the demand characteristics of the emergency logistics system, we used the system dynamics method to build the emergency logistics system model. Then, on such basis, with the disaster relief material support ratio and post-disaster backlog as the measuring indexes, we studied the influence of supplier productivity and postponement on the efficiency of the disaster relief material supplies. At the end, through an empirical study on the Wenchuan Earthquake, we verified the validity of the model and proposed the optimization plans and policy suggestions to improve the efficiency of the rescue operations.%根据应急物流系统需求特点,利用系统动力学方法,针对重大自然灾害中救援初期的物资缺乏和救援后期物资积压的问题,建立应急物流系统模型。在此基础上,以救援物资保障率和灾后库存积压量为衡量指标,研究供应商生产率和时间延迟对救援物资供应效率的影响。以汶川地震为实例进行仿真研究,验证了模型的有效性,并提出应急物流系统优化方案及政策性建议以提高救援效率。
