为解决传统飞翼车在实际物流作业过程中出现的托盘滑动和飞翼车厢门开闭伤人等问题,从系统的角度,设计了新型飞翼车托盘限位防滑系统和短工作半径飞翼系统,通过建立3D仿真模型,运用机械原理及基于Autodesk inventor软件的有限元应力分析技术对新型车体结构进行测试,最大程度保障飞翼车运输和作业安全.%In this paper, in order to deal with the problem of pallet skidding and the hazard of the opening or lowering wings to the safety of the people present commonly associated with the traditional wing-opening vans, we designed a new pallet-limiting and anti-skid mechanism and the opening-wing system with shorter working parameters and then, through 3D simulation, tested the structure of the new van body so as to maximally ensure the integrity and operational safety of the wing-opening vans.
