港口物流服务供应链的协调与利润分配研究

摘要

构建了由单个港口和单个航运企业组成的两级港口物流服务供应链,首先分析了港口占主导地位的Stackelberg主从博弈模型,港口通过引入收益分享契约,一方面协调供应链,另一方面实现了与航运企业的风险共享.在此基础上,综合考虑港口和航运企业的资源投入贡献率和物流服务的单位成本,运用公平熵的方法最大程度公平地分配超额利润,发现分配因子与贡献率和单位成本成正相关,即贡献率越大,成本越高,其在利润分配时将获得更大的优势,得到更多的超额利润分享,从而可以激励供应链成员提供更优质的服务.%In this paper, we built a two-echelon port logistics service supply chain composing of a single port and a single shipping enterprise, then analyzed the Stackelberg master-slave game model where the port played the dominant role in the supply chain. Next on such basis, we considered comprehensively the resource input contribution rate of the port and the shipping enterprise as well as the unit cost of the logistics service, used the fairness entropy to distribute the excess profit fairly to the maximum extent, found that the distribution factor was positively correlated with the contribution rate and the unit cost.
