随着电子商务的高速增长,快递业务也实现了快速发展。但二者协同过程中却产生了一些问题,其中快递末端配送是最突出的矛盾之一。分析了快递末端配送存在的问题,研究了互联网时代快递价值创造的关键要素,基于快递服务流程的特点,将快递服务与专车平台进行深度融合,推广“拼箱”配送,结合社群运营思维,通过大数据挖掘用户价值的增长点,以此创建基于互联网思维的快递末端配送新模式。%In this paper, we analyzed the problems in the express delivery last-mile distribution process, researched the key factors in the value creation in the express delivery services in the internet era, then based on the characteristics of the express delivery service processes, combined the express delivery service with the personal car service platform, promoted the practice of carton-building distribution system, and in connection with the conception of community operation, uncovered the new growth points by mining user value using the big data technologies.
