适应智能电网发展的物资供应链体系探究

摘要

根据智能电网发展对供应链体系的要求，基于电网企业供应链体系发展实践，分析了“大数据理论”、“集成招标采购”、“智能物流”等先进运作模式的实施范围、步骤与效果，为加快电网供应链转型，适应智能电网发展提供参考。%In this paper, according to the requirement of the intelligent power grid on its supply chain system and based on the development practice of the supply chain system of the power grid companies, we discussed the scope, step and effect of the implementation of such advanced operational modes as big data theory, integration bid invitation, and intelligent logistics.
