基于系统动力学的IT服务外包供应链牛鞭效应研究

摘要

In this paper, after going over the operation of the IT service outsourcing supply chain as well as establishing the system dynamics simulation model, we analyzed the causal relationship between the internal factors of the supply chain and then, in the Vensim environment, verified the existence of the bullwhip effect in the system and its causes.%通过对IT服务外包供应链流程的梳理及系统动力学仿真模型的构建,进一步分析系统内部要素间的因果关系,并在Vensim模拟环境下,验证系统牛鞭效应的存在性及产生原因,为企业供应链管理提供理论参考.
