影响我国企业物流成本的因素及控制策略探讨

摘要

通过有效控制及降低企业的物流成本,可以大大提升企业竞争力.从创新、流程及人员三个方面进行企业物流成本的分析,并提出了建立创新机制、创新技术应用、全流程管控、全员参与的物流成本控制策略.%In this paper, we analyzed the enterprise logistics cost from the aspects of innovation, process and staff and then proposed the strategy to control the logistics cost of the Chinese enterprises, including mechanism innovation, innovative technology application, whole process management and whole staff participation, etc.
