基于信息化的企业管理变革-PCP采购协同应用管理系统构建

以2015年国网浙江省电力公司物资供应分公司在企业管理变革中,如何以信息化手段支撑企业管理变革为例,提出创新的PCP采购协同应用管理系统平台建设,并对其信息系统基础平台的构建和功能的实现进行了描述.%In this paper, by studying the corporate administration reform of the State Grid Zhejiang Province Electric Power Company in 2015 using informatization means, we proposed innovatively the construction of the PCP purchasing collaboration application management system platform and then described the building of the subsystems and the realization of their functions.
