基于延迟制造策略的混合仓储模式及运行机制

摘要

为了降低风险和成本,制造企业采用延迟制造策略满足客户差异化需求,提高客户服务水平.在此前提下,企业的库存批量分配呈现出新的特点,因此,提出一种基于制造延迟策略的混合仓储模式,探讨其运行机制,并引入算例证明了这种仓储模式的有效性.通过对供应链全局利益和各库存点的局部利益进行协调优化,能够合理分配企业库存批量,为供应链协调和库存优化提供了一个有效的工具.%In this paper, we proposed a mixed warehousing mode based on the postponement manufacturing strategy, discussed its operational mechanism and introduced a numerical example to prove its validity. This mode, through coordinating and optimizing the global interest of the supply chain and the local benefit of the various inventory points, could reasonably allocate the inventory lot of the company and prove an effective instrument in supply chain coordination and inventory optimization.
