应对突发公共事件应急生活必需品储备的确定——以深圳坪山新区为例

In this paper, we analyzed the factors to be considered in selecting the types of life necessities to be reserved and in determining the size of the reserve and then on such basis, in the case of the Pingshan New District of Shenzhen, determined the type and size of the energency life necessities in response to outbreak public events.%应急生活必需品储备在面对自然灾害、市场动荡时对于保障人民生活、减少灾害损失、稳定社会秩序具有重要意义.分析了生活必需品应急储备品种选择和储备量确定时需考虑的因素,并在此基础上以深圳坪山新区为例对应急生活必需品的品种、数量进行了分析确定,为制定生活必需品应急储备方案提供借鉴.
