油料仓库拱顶储油罐进出油气相空间压力模拟计算方法

摘要

各类大中型油库中有为数众多的露天立式拱顶油罐.该类油罐建造简单、成本低,维护方便,但在进出油时容易引起油罐的涨罐和吸瘪事故.给出拱顶储油罐进出油简化计算方法,模拟计算呼吸阀正常工作条件下油罐气相空间压力变化情况,为油罐安全运行和油库科学管理提供参考.%In this paper, we presented the simplified method for the simulation of the incoming and outgoing oil in a dome-roofed oil tank and then calculated the changes in the gas-phase spatial pressure of the oil tank under the normal working condition of the breather valve so as to provide reference for the safe operation and scientific management of the oil tank.
