In this paper, based on the definition of the general logistics alliance, we defined the logistics alliance in fresh farm produce distribution, and elaborated on the characteristics of its various life stage. Then with a supplier alliance as the main object, we built its benefit distribution model, where in the alliance between the supplier and retailer, the Nash negotiation model was adopted and in the alliance among the suppliers, the comprehensive benefit distribution model based on modified Shapley value was adopted. Through the analysis, we found that the distribution of the benefit depended on the effort level of the alliance members.%生鲜农产品由销地批发市场进入城市零售端的配送是"最后一公里"中的关键环节.以广义物流联盟定义为基础,界定了生鲜农产品配送中物流联盟的含义.详细阐述了此类物流联盟各生命阶段及其特征.以供应商联盟为主要研究对象,构建了联盟利益分配模型."供应商-零售商"大联盟中采用Nash谈判模型,供应商联盟内部采用修正Shapley值和综合利益分配模型.得到分配利益的高低与成员努力水平成正比,说明公平合理的利益分配机制有助于促进联盟成员表现,从而提高生鲜农产品配送效益.
