供应链视角下的港口物流绩效评价研究—基于超效率三阶段DEA模型

摘要

In this paper, from a supply chain perspective, we built the port logistics system performance evaluation index system, then to complement for the shortcomings of the conventional three-stage DEA, innovatively used the super efficiency three-stage DEA model to evaluate comprehensively the operational performance of the port logistics industry in China, and at the end, proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on an empirical case.%在供应链全球化环境下,港口作为重要一环,日益成为经济发展所关注的焦点.港口物流运作绩效作为港口管理的重点,对港口竞争力与自身发展的影响不可忽视.据此,从供应链视角出发,构建港口物流系统绩效评价指标体系,并弥补以往三阶段DEA的不足,创新性的使用超效率三阶段DEA模型对我国港口物流的运作绩效进行综合评价.并基于实证结果提出了相应的对策与建议,以期为我国港口物流的未来发展提供相关的理论指导.
