对军事物流中托盘流通共用模式的思考

摘要

In this paper, we analyzed the strength of the circulation mode with the military pallets, then by referencing the common pallet sharing mode in the market and in view of the characteristics of military logistics, proposed the third party management mode for the circulation of the military pallets and presented our vision for developing the infrastructure for it.%托盘在我军仓库已广泛使用,但当前尚未能真正实现其流通的价值.分析了军用托盘采用流通模式的优点,借鉴市场上托盘共用的运行模式,结合军事物流的特殊性,提出了军用托盘流通的第三方管理模式,并从基本建设方面提出了初步的构想.
