钢货架横梁挠度荷载最不利分布形式及其影响因素

         

摘要

由于梁柱常采用的连接方式为插接式连接,在货物竖向荷载作用下,横梁之间会有相互影响.通过考虑横梁之间的相互影响,得出计算横梁最大挠度的荷载最不利分布形式,并建立不同的有限元模型来研究荷载分布对横梁最大挠度的影响程度与货架其他参数的关系.结果表明,荷载最不利分布对横梁式货架最大横梁挠度的影响程度主要与梁柱节点刚度和货格层高有关,与货物放置位置、货物是否不对称搁置、货格层数、有无背拉等因素关系较小;当梁柱节点铰接时,荷载不利分布对横梁式标准榀货架最大横梁挠度几乎无影响,随着梁柱节点刚度的增大,荷载最不利分布对于横梁式标准榀货架最大横梁挠度的影响程度会增加,当梁柱节点刚接时,货架按最不利分布施加荷载的最大横梁挠度比荷载按单跨施加大16.61%.%Since the beam and column of steel racks are commonly connected through plug-ins, when under the vertical load of cargoes, there will be mutual influence between the beams. By examining such mutual influence, we obtained the most unfavorable distribution pattern of the maximum deflection load on the beams, and established different finite element models to study the relationship between the extent of influence of the load distribution on the maximum deflection of the beam and other parameters of the rack. The results showed that the extent of influence of the most unfavorable pattern of load distribution on the maximum deflection of the beam-type rack was mainly related to the stiffness of the beam-column joints and the height of the cargo space, and less so to such factors as the storage location of the cargo, whether the cargo was shelved asymmetrically, the number of cargo layers, and whether back-tension was used;when the beam and the column was hinged together, the unfavorable load distribution had almost no effect on the maximum deflection of the beam-type standard rack. As the stiffness of the beam-column joint increases, the influence of the most unfavorable pattern of load distribution on the maximum beam deflection of the beam-type standard rack will also increase. When the beam-column joint is joined by rigid connection, the maximum deflection of the beam of the rack with the most unfavorable pattern of load distribution is greater than that with a single-span by 16.61%.
