仓储零售商与供应商合作层次研究

摘要

在新的经济形势下,仓储零售商与其供应商的关系危机升级,对抗不断增强。文章的研究致力于有效地解决这一问题,实现双方的有效合作,希望能对相关企业的实际操作有所裨益。主要采用文献研究法,在阅读大量相关文献的基础上,提出自己的体系框架,深入研究仓储零售商与供应商的合作层次,即战略层协调、动机层协调、业务层协调。希望形成以激励机制为基础,双方信息共享、知识共享前提下的联合决策,从而优化整体利益,为仓储零售商与供应商之间进一步探索两者的关系发展新模式提供新思路,实现双方关系的根本性转变,实现双赢。%Under the new economic situation,the relationship between storage retailers and their suppliers escalation of the crisis,confrontation is growing.This study is committed to an effective solution to this problem,and effective cooperation between the two parties hoping to benefit the actual operation of related enterprises.In this paper,literature research method is been used,and on the basis of reading a lot of relevant literatures,puts forward self-system framework.This study makes an in-depth study on cooperation level between storage retailers and suppliers,i.e.,strategic level coordination、motivation level coordination,operational level coordination.Hope that the formation of joint decision-making based on incentives and information sharing as well as knowledge sharing of both sides.To optimize the overall interests and to supply new thinking of further explore on the new models of the development about the relationship between both sides of storage retailers and their suppliers,this study achieves a fundamental change in the relationship and win-win.
