At present,the prices of the vegetables in vegetable bases in Shandong have dropped sharply,while the prices of the vegetables in the supermarkets and wholesale markets in Nanjing and other cities still remain high level.The survey finds that the cost of logistics accounts for 80% of the vegetable price.The problem of logistics directly has some connection with the fact that vegetables are difficult to sell at high price and buy in low price.Arbitrary charges and fines,as well as certain limitation have become more and more prominent.Through the study,the far more links of Chinese logistics,the big proportion of flow costs,the bad circulation and distribution systems in the city,the poor connected transportation of railway and sea,the seriousness of unloaded transportation,and the freak commercial pattern in China have caused the price increase.The article puts forward a sound legal system,an improved logistics infrastructure construction,and a modern information platform of the supply chain system to lead Chinese logistic to step on a normal,reasonable and ordered road.%目前,山东等蔬菜基地的蔬菜价格暴跌,而南京等城市商超及批发市场的蔬菜价格却居高不下。调查发现物流成本约占菜价八成,物流问题直接关系着卖菜难、买菜贵,而乱收费、乱罚款、限制多等因素已成为物流业的突出问题。通过研究发现,中国物流流通环节过多、流通成本比重较大、城市配送体系不完善、海铁联运不畅、运输空载严重及中国固有的＂怪胎＂商业模式导致农产品等价格上扬,提出了健全的法律法规体系、完善的物流基础设施建设、具有现代信息平台的供应链系统等,可以引导中国物流走向正常、合理、有序的轨道。
