基于供应链管理的第三方物流企业融通仓模式探讨

摘要

通过介绍融通仓的基本概念,分析目前社会上、企业中常用的融通仓的基本模式,包括仓单质押模式、统一授信模式两种,然后从供应链管理的视角,探讨以第三方物流企业为核心企业的基于供应链的融通仓模式,包括委托代理模式、统一授信模式、保兑仓模式以及联盟模式,并通过案例对其中一种模式进行分析,以及最后的现实意义分析。%This paper introduces the FTW basic concepts,and analyzes the frequently used business mode in the market nowadays,including warehouse receipt mode and united credit mode.Then,from the viewpoint of supply chain management in which the 3PL is the core enterprise,researches the FTW modes,including the principal-agent model,unified credit model,confirmed warehouse mode as well as union mode.At last,examine one model through case analysis and analyze the practical significance of this paper.
