This paper analyzes the causes of virtual organization, and then proposed three forms under SCM idea what are agriculture products SC with logistics enterprise or farmers' cooperation economic organizations or processing enterprises at their core At last some related advises are presented.%结合供应链管理的思想分析了农产品物流动态联盟的动因，进而提出供应链管理思想下农产品物流动态联盟的种组织形式：分别以农产品物流企业为核心、以农合组织为核心、以农产品加工企业为核心组建农产品物流供应链．并提出相关建议。
