汽车制造企业采购管理中存在的问题及对策——以CA公司为例

以CA公司为例,从采购价格、生产计划调整、供应商选择、采购库存等方面分析了汽车制造企业采购管理过程中存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策,以期为汽车制造行业实施有效的采购管理提供参考。%Taking CA Inc,as an example,from aspects of purchasing price,adjustment of production planning,supplier selection,procurement inventory,analyzing some of the problems that exist in the purchasing management process of automobile manufacturing enterprise,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures,in the hope of providing reference for automoile industry implementing purchasing management effectively.
