As a leader in Chinese industry, Baogang keeping developing steadily in the domestic and foreign environment is required the ton＇eel strategy as security. In this paper, through searching the situation of Baogang＇s development and the internal and external influencing factors, put forward the development strategy of Baogang.%宝铜作为中国钢铁行业的龙头老大。要想在持续动荡的国内外环境中保持稳步发展．必须要以正确的战略为保障。，通过研究宝钢的发展现状，详细分析影响宝铜发展的内外部环境因素，提出了宝铜未来的发展战略。
