佛山福协福特汽车维修服务中心库存管理的思考

库存管理仍是困扰某些企业管理的问题。文章从佛山福协福特汽车维修服务中心库存管理中存在的一些问题出发，对库存管理控制提出一些参考策略，以求改善库存管理，并节约企业成本。%Some enterprises are stilling facing tile problem of inventory management. In this article, the author takes tile problems of inventory management which exist in the enter- prise of Foshan Fuxie Ford Sen, ice Center as an example, trying to make some suggestions about inventory management and control for your reference with the target for improving inventory management and saving enterprise costs.
