基于岗位分析的高职物流管理专业课程体系研究

摘要

高职作为物流人才的一个重要培养途径,其在构建切合企业需求的课程体系时,应以毕业生就业岗位所需职业能力的分析为基础。文章以武汉职业技术学院为例,通过分析地区物流行业的一线技能岗位及其发展岗位的职业能力,论述如何和企业共同开发构建适应物流发展特色、以职业能力为主线的高职物流管理专业课程体系。%This paper argues that the construction of the curriculum system should base on the analysis of the occupation ability of the graduates jobs.To take Wuhan Polytechnic as an example,this paper analyzes the reginal logistics industry＇s basic skill post and development post occupation ability and argues how to establish the higher vocational logistics management curriculum system.
