营口港作为极具发展潜力的港口之一，近年来吞吐量增长迅速，建设畅通便利的集疏运系统成为港口发展的当务之急。文章在分析港口集疏运系统构成的基础上，根据营口港自身建设特点，从地理位置、腹地经济、基础设施建设、集疏运设施和方式等方面，研究构建集疏运系统的影响因素。通过结构分析，针对营口港陆路、水路、铁路、航空等集疏运运输方式的营运状况，研究营口港集疏运系统现状并提出改善建议，总结出完善和发展港口集疏运体系应该加强港口地区公路、铁路集疏运建设，扩大港口经济腹地、加强和其他地区的货运交流，建立合作伙伴关系，期待为营口港建设提供合理建议。%Yingkou port is one of the ports with great potential to develop. It is becoming increasingly urgent to construct smooth collecting-distributing transportation system as the port's throughout is growing rapidly in recent years. Based on the analysis of the composition of port collecting-distributing transportation system, this article researches the influencing factors of the system construction such as geographic location, hinterland economy, infrastructure construction and the facilities and the way of collect-ing-distributing transportation according to the characteristics of the port self construction. From the operating conditions of the transportation mode of highway, waterway, railway and aviation, the article researches the present situation of Yingkou port col-lecting-distributing transportation system and proposes some improvement suggestions through structural analysis. Results of the study indicate that the development of collecting-distributing transportation needs strengthening of the highways and railways in port area. It's necessary to strengthen the freight communication of port with hinterland and other area, establishing cooperative relation of partners. It's expected to provide reasonable suggestions for construction project of Yingkou port.
