The paper introduced several computing methods of confident limits for process capability index and analyzed ad-vantage & disadvantage of these methods, then put forward that it must be taken into account seriously the statistical risk of small sample for process capability index while monitoring logistics industry process and evaluating process performance by using it.%文章介绍了几种常用的过程能力指数置信下限的计算方法，分析和比较了各种计算方法的性能和优缺点，指出在应用过程能力指数监控物流工业过程和评价过程性能时，必须仔细考虑小样本情况下能力指数统计估计的不确定性风险。
