广州生产服务业产业协同发展研究--与北京的比较

摘要

Empirical research using grey theoretical to analyze the correlation degree among all kinds of producer services, manu-facturing, tertiary industry and the whole producer services according to the statistics data, and then compared with its in Beijing. Testing the industries cooperative development degree by the industries correlation, we found that there is significant difference during the development of producer services in Beijing and Guangzhou. Traditional producer services is relatively large, regional economic growth is rely on real estate, business service and financial industry, advanced producer service should be strengthened. Enhance the level of information and science technology is the crucial way to realize industry upgrading and economic transfor-mation, higher degree of industries integration would promote the cooperative development of advanced producer services and man-ufacturing.%采用广州2005~2014发布的统计数据，通过灰色关联理论对广州市生产服务业各产业与其他产业的关联度进行实证研究并与北京市作比较，分析生产服务业各产业与制造业及其他产业的产业协同发展程度。结果表明京穗生产服务业发展有较大差异，广州市传统生产服务业规模较大，区域经济增长对房地产、商务服务业及金融业的依赖度较高，高端生产服务业有待加强。提升产业的信息化程度和科技含量是实现经济转型产业升级，提升产业融合程度促进产业协同发展的有效途径。
