基于工业工程集成方法的生产系统优化

         

摘要

约束理论(Theory of Constraint, TOC)通过以整体观聚焦约束、分析约束、解决约束提高限制系统总体性能;精益生产(Lean Production, LP)关注价值流,减少浪费、降低成本;而六西格玛(Six Sigma, SS)旨在消除变异、减少波动,稳定流程、获得顾客满意度。三者本质上都是为了实现持续改进的管理模式,存在优势互补。文章结合约束理论、精益生产、六西格玛建立(TOC-Lean Production-Six Sigma, TLS)集成模型,并利用该模型对A公司手机组装生产线进行改善,验证该模型的实际成效。%Theory of Constraint (TOC) improves system performance by focusing,analysing and solving the constrait in a overall view. Lean Production focuses on the value stream to reduce waste and costs and Six Sigma aims at achieving customer's satisfac-tion through eliminating variability, reducing volatility and stabilizing processes. The three are essentially in order to achieve con-tinuous improvement of the management model, there are complementary advantages. This paper combines TOC, Lean Production and Six Sigma to build the (TOC-Lean Production-Six Sigma, TLS) integration model, in the meanwhile uses it to improve the assembly production line of A company to validate the model.
