比选采购在工程项目采购中的应用研究

摘要

Compare and selection of procurement law only applies to the outside must tender procurement projects in the actual procurement process used widely ,the paper analyzes application status by comparing the selected project procurement in the procurement process ,pointed out the existence of inadequate for lack of appropriate response measures proposed .%比选采购只能适用于依法必须招标项目之外的采购项目，在实际采购过程中应用比较广泛，文中通过对比选采购在工程项目采购过程中应用现状分析，指出了存在的不足，针对不足提出了相应的应对措施。
