静态质押模式下物流企业仓单质押风险管理研究

摘要

Warehouse receipts pledge is a pledge right targeted on the warehouse receipts.Pledge of warehouse receipts not only provides a stage for logistics enterprises to support value-added services,but also provides for the manufacturing company a new form of financing.However,the development of pledge of warehouse receipt in China is not yet mature,there still exist many problems and risks.On the basis of the connotation of warehouse receipts pledge and the static pledge mode,from the process pledge of warehouse receipts,the risks that logistics enterprises facing in static mode pledge in China were analyzed.According to the risks,relevant measures to avoid them were put forward,which will reduce the risk of logistics enterprises,thus will have some positive role in further optimizing our pledge of warehouse receipts market.%仓单质押是以仓单为标的物而成立的一种质权。仓单质押为物流企业提供增值服务提供了舞台，同时也为生产企业提供了一种新型的融资形式。然而，仓单质押在我国发展发展尚不成熟，还存在较大的问题和风险。文中在阐述仓单质押的内涵、静态质押模式的基础上，从仓单质押的流程出发，对我国物流企业在静态质押模式下，所面临的风险进行了分析，同时根据所面临的相应风险，分别提出了相关规避风险的措施，这对降低物流企业的风险，进一步优化我国仓单质押市场有一定积极地推动作用。
