多区多横向通道仓库的拣货作业方案与仿真分析

         

摘要

针对多区多横向通道的拣货布局,提出了四种满足拣货要求的拣货作业方案,通过对不同方案下任务单生成、拣货路径长度、耗时算法的设计,建立了仿真模型模拟了拣货人员在真实环境下的拣货作业,分析了不同行走路径对拣货耗时的影响,结果显示,兼顾提前拣货与返回、穿越策略相结合的拣播路径方案,可明显缩短行走距离,减少拣货时间,表现出更好的优化效果,使拣货效率整体达到最优。%As to the picking layout which has double regions and multi-transverse-channel,the paper has put forward four kinds of picking operation schemes that meet the requirements.Through designing the generating of task sheet,the length of picking route and the time-consuming algorithm under different solution takes,it has been simulated that the pickers'working processes in the real environment,and analyzed the effects of different picking routes on time-consuming.The results indicate that,the picking operation scheme which concentrates on picking in advance and the route which adopts both Return Strategy and Crossing Strategy can obviously shorten the travel distance,reduce the time of picking,show better optimization effect,and make the picking efficiency to be optimal.
