This paper focuses on the demand of logistics employee.The Gray forecasting Model is used to make a prediction about logistics quantity because of the characteristics of data.Then logistics quantity is transformed into demand of logistics employee based on logistics labor rate.Managers can make plans about human resource project according to the result.%文中以企业物流人员需求量为研究对象,根据实例的数据特点,首先运用灰色预测模型对企业物流量进行了预测,在此基础上,根据企业管理人员的经验,确定物流劳动率,最后将企业物流量转化为物流人员需求量。企业管理者可以根据该预测结果制定相应的人力资源调动、需求规划方案。
