JIS 物流技术在汽车制造业实践中面临的主要挑战

摘要

JIS 物流（just －in －sequence），即准时化顺序供应，是运用在离散型制造业混线生产中的一种高效的新型物流管理技术。文中结合零部件供应商、第三方物流企分析探讨汽车制造业供应物流过程中 JIS 物流管理实践面临的挑战。%JIS logistics (just -in -sequence),which is just in time sequence by using mixed supply,is a novel technology of logistics management in the production line in discrete manufacturing industry.In this paper,combined with the suppliers,third party logistics enterprises face the JIS analysis of logistics management practice to explore the automobile manufacturing supply logistics process challenges.
