城市快递配送是物流发展的重要组成部分，是经济发展的重要支撑。当前城市快递末端配送，存在着配送效率低、操作不规范、形象差、易与城市管理冲突等问题。文中运用文献法、调查问卷法、数据分析法等形式，探讨目前我国城市快递末端配送现状，提出了当前城市快递末端配送在热点事件下暴露的问题及原因，并从城市管理、新能源汽车、街区制改革、共同配送等角度提出了综合性改善意见。%Urban express delivery is an important part of logistics development,and it is an important support for economic development.At present,there are problems such as low distribution efficiency,non -standard operation,poor image,easy to manage conflict and so on.Paper literature method,investigation method of questionnaire,data analysis and other forms,at present our country city express end of the distribution status of,the current city express terminal distribution in hot events exposed problems and reasons,and from the urban management,new energy automobile,blocks of reform,such as joint distribution angle comprehensive improvement suggestions are proposed.
