多级供应链环境下生鲜农产品的集成库存成本控制

摘要

随着供应链管理理论的发展和日趋竞争激烈的工业环境，如今供应链作为一种运营管理思维和模式成为企业间竞争的焦点。库存管理不仅影响着供应链上企业的综合成本，而且也制约着整条供应链的性能。文中结合多级供应链环境下的变质物品建模方法，对生鲜农产品库存进行分析，从供应商、生产商、消费者的角度综合考虑，得出最佳联合总成本，以获得最佳的解决方案。用一个案例分析来解释模型。结果表明与独立的决策方法相比，综合方案策略的总成本最低。%With the development of the theory of supply chain management and the increasingly fierce competition of the industry environment,now as a supply chain operation management thought and pattern become the focus of competition between enterprises.Inventory management not only affects the supply chain on the comprehensive cost of the enterprise,but also restricts the performance of the supply chain.Based on the multi -stage supply chain to the deterioration of environment modeling method,analysis of fresh agricultural products inventory,considering from the perspective of suppliers,producers,consumers,it is concluded that optimal joint total cost,in order to obtain the best solution.With a case analysis to explain the model.This paper shows that compared with the independent decision method,comprehensive solution strategy of the lowest total cost.
