电商配送中心拣货作业优化研究

摘要

With the rapid development of logistics and e-commerce,distribution center has become the most important link in logistics process, the operational efficiency of the distribution center directly affect the efficiency of the whole logistics process,directly restrict the overall logistics speed. The main reason is that picking operation is one of the bottlenecks. Now during the large discount activity, e -commerce logistics became the worst -hit areas, a large number of goods cannot be timely for sorting,backlog of orders. To solve this problem,distribution center of picking operation optimization will be the starting point.%随着物流业和电子商务的迅猛发展，配送中心已经成为物流过程最重要的环节，配送中心的运作效率直接影响整个物流运作的效率，直接制约整体的物流速度，主要原因是拣货作业这一瓶颈环节。如今在各大电商重大节假日活动期间，物流就成为了重灾区，大批的货物不能及时进行分拣，订单积压严重。要解决这一问题，配送中心的拣货作业的优化就成为着手点。
