电网企业定额物资供应模式管理创新探讨

摘要

The efficient supply of the fixed grid materials is not only an improtant factor that improving the operational performance of the grid enterprise, but also the inevitable requirement for grid companies to promote modern enterprise management. Based on the different supplying and demanding properties of the fixed grid supplies, we classify the materials. Establishing a coordination platform for inventory, building a strategic mechanism that coordinating the strategic suppliers, the State Grid Corporation,the provincial,cites and conties companies. Fianlly,we propose new supply management mode for the fixed grid materials,such as agreement consignment store inventory,purchase agreements vendor storage and purchasing real transfer of existing stocks of fixed storage.%电网企业定额物资的高效供应是提升企业运营绩效的重要因素，也是电网企业推进现代化管理的必然要求。文中根据电网企业定额物资的不同供应需求属性，对电网物资进行分类，确定定额物资范围；研究建立了库存协调平台，战略供应商、国网公司、省公司、地市公司以及县公司库存的调配机制；并基于此提出了协议库存采购寄售存储、协议供应商存储、采购实物存储以及现有库存转定额物资等新型电网企业定额物资供应管理模式。
