广东自贸区物流服务创新及推动探究*--基于上海自贸区融资租赁发展启示

摘要

Financialinnovationin Guangdong Free -Trade Zone (short for FTZ )is of significant for the depth of integrationofGuangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and which is also to build the world shipping center and the world financial center.Throughthe method of comparative study of literature,this paper analyzesthe experience from the development of finance lease in Shanghai FTZ horizontally.Then,analysis Guangdong free trade zone and the foundation for financial innovation.Finally, to guide logistics financial of Guangdong FTZ to develop better and faster,the paper put forwardsuggestions to the development model of“Internet payment technology+financial+logistics”from the fouraspects of electronic payment system,risk management and control supervision.%广东自贸区金融创新对粤港澳深度融合，以及对建设广东自贸区为“世界航运中心”和“世界金融中心”意义重大。文中通过文献对比研究方法，首先横向分析上海自贸区融资租赁的发展经验，然后对广东自贸区及金融创新基础进行总需求模型分析，最后从“金融制度改革、风险管控监理、服务内容创新和人才培养”等四个方面，提出广东自贸区的物流金融“互联网＋金融＋物流”模式的发展建议，以此推动自贸区金融创新更好更快地发展。
