高职物流管理专业学生团队协作能力培养研究

摘要

随着物流业迅速发展，高职物流管理专业学生就业形势相对较好，但学生缺乏团队协作能力导致企业满意度不高、职业转换率过高等问题。文中针对高职物流管理专业学生的特点，提出了在教学过程、考核评价、课外活动中培养学生团队协作能力的几点措施。%With the rapid development of the logistics industry,the employment situation of higher vocational logistics management students is relatively good,but the lack of teamwork ability leads to the problem of low degree of enterprise satisfaction and high professional conversion rate.In this paper,several measures are put forward to cultivate students’ teamwork ability in the teaching process,evaluation and extracurricular activities,aiming at the characteristics of logistics management specialty students in higher vocational colleges.
