B2C跨境电子商务物流管理模式创新及发展--以成都市为例

文中通过以成都市为例，首先分析了B2C跨境电子商务物流特点和成功的关键因素，不仅需要更多的物流路程和物流时间，同时也存在着更大的物流风险。然后分析了当前成都市B2C跨境电子商务物流管理模式，主要有快递包裹，海外仓和聚集后规模化运输三种形式，最后指出了成都市B2C跨境电子商务物流的创新和发展，需要降低制度成本，提高进出口通关效率，完善出口退税制度，增强在线支付的安全性。%Based in Chengdu City as an example, the first analysis of the cross-border B2C e-commerce logistics characteristics and critical success factors, not only need to more logistics distance and time of logistics, at the same time there is a greater risk of logistics. Then we analyze the current Chengdu cross-border B2C e-commerce logistics management mode, mainly in the express package, overseas positions and aggregation scale transport three forms. Finally, it points out the innovation and the development of Chengdu cross-border B2C e-commerce logistics, need to reduce the cost of system and improve the efficiency of customs clearance of export, improve the export tax rebate system, enhance the security of online payment.
