工程总承包（EPC）项目采购中三方博弈研究

摘要

Analyzes the game relationship of the tripartite main body of procurement under the EPC model based on game theory ,builds a tripartite game mode,solves the mode under various strategies, and analyzes the strategy selection mechanism for each subject separately from each perspective, so as to get the best selection for each subject and improve the efficiency and quality of procurement under EPC mode.%基于博弈论理论分析了工程总承包模式采购中三方主体的博弈关系，构建了三方博弈模型，对各种策略下的模型进行了求解，并分别从三方主体的角度分析了各自的策略选择机制，以期使各方主体的选择达到最优，提高工程总承包模式下采购的效率和质量。
