Based on the characteristics analysis of innovative talents,their training requirements for practical teaching are put forward.The evaluation index architecture of practical teaching system is built from three perspectives of practice environment,training mechanism and incentive mechanism.Then logistics engineering major of a university in China is chosen to be a case to be evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive method.Fianlly,based on the evaluation result,some suggestions are proposed to enhance the level of practical teaching and provide its developing directions in the future.%文中通过对当今创新型人才的特征分析,得出创新人才培养对于实践教学体系的要求,从实践环境、培养机制与管理激励机制三方面构建实践教学体系评价指标体系,并以国内某高校物流工程本科专业现有实践教学体系为对象,运用模糊综合评价法对其进行评价.最后,针对评价结果提出改进建议,以探寻提升实践教学水平的有效方法,为实践教学的发展提供改进方向.
