The uncertainties in the determination of aflatoxin B1 in almond by UPLC were evaluated to provide useful reference for es-tablishing effective quality control methods. According to standards CNAS—GL06 and JJF 1059.1—1999, a mathematical model had been established to assess the uncertainty sources in the determination of aflatoxin B1 in almond. Besides, the source of each uncertain-ty component was analyzed, quantified and synthesized. Finally, the expanding uncertainties were obtained. The results showed that the main factors influencing the uncertainty included sample dilution, sample weighting, curve fitting in the least-squares sense, and sample recovery rates, etc. The uncertainty of this experiment was 1.06μg/kg.%对超高效液相色谱法测定新疆巴旦木中黄曲霉毒素B1的含量进行不确定度评定,为建立有效的质量控制方法提供参考.依据CNAS—GL06《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》和JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立了数学模型,分析了超高效液相色谱法测定新疆巴旦木中黄曲霉毒素B1不确定度来源,并对数学模型中各不确定度分量的来源进行分析、量化和合成,得出黄曲霉毒素B1的扩展不确定度.结果表明,影响测量结果不确定度的主要因素为样品称量、溶液体积、最小二乘法标准曲线拟合、样品回收率等.本实验的不确定度为1.06μg/kg.
