紧急诊治心脏外伤28例临床分析

摘要

Objective:To summarize methods of the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac trauma in order to increase the success rate of rescue. Methods: The clinical data of 28 patients with cardiac trauma were retrospectively analyzed from May 2008 to Sep 2013. Results: Among the 28 patients, 25 cases were successful treated. 17 cases of cardia rupture were emergency operated, including 1 case of intraoperative death.11 cases of blunt contusion were received conservative treatment , and 9 cases successed , 1 case suffered from ventricular fibrillation and sudden death, 1 case with low cardiac output syndrome and died finally. Conclusion: Early surgery to relieve cardiac tamponade is the most effective treatment to save cardiac rupture. Arrhythmias and low cardiac output syndrome are probably the main reason for the early death of blunt contusion.%目的：总结心脏外伤的诊疗方法，提高抢救成功率。方法：回顾性分析2008年5月至2013年9月我科收治的心脏外伤28例的临床资料。结果：28例患者中，抢救成功25例；17例心脏破裂急诊手术，1例术中死亡；11例闭合性钝挫伤保守治疗，抢救成功9例，1例突发室颤死亡，1例低心排休克死亡。结论：尽早手术解除心包压塞是挽救心脏破裂最有效的治疗措施；心律失常和低心排综合征可能是钝挫伤早期致死的主要原因。
