神经功能重建治疗系统联合康复训练治疗偏瘫型脑性瘫痪的疗效观察

         

摘要

目的:观察神经功能重建治疗系统联合康复训练治疗脑性瘫痪患者的疗效观察。方法:痉挛型偏瘫脑瘫患儿38例随机分为观察组和对照组各19例。两组均给与运动疗法康复训练,观察组在此基础上辅以神经功能重建系统治疗。治疗前及治疗8周后,分别采用胫前肌最大收缩时肌电(EMS)幅值,最大背屈位足-小腿夹角,粗大运动量表(GMFM-88)代表步行能力的 E 区对2组患儿进行评定。结果:经8周治疗后,2组患儿患侧的最大背屈位足-小腿夹角均较治疗前明显降低(均 P<0.05);胫前肌最大收缩 EMS 值及 GMFM-88E 区评分均较治疗前明显提高(均 P<0.05),且观察组更高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神经功能重建治疗系统配合运动疗法能更好改善偏瘫型脑性瘫痪患儿异常步态,提高步行能力。%Objective: to observe the curative effect observation of nerve functional reconstruction therapeutic system combined rehabilitation training in patients with cerebral palsy. Methods: 38 cases of children with spastic hemiplegia cerebral palsy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (n = 19). Both of the two groups were given exercise therapy and rehabilitation training, observation group had nerve functional reconstruction system on the basis treatment of the control. Before and after 8 weeks treatment, adopt the two groups of children with the tibialis anterior muscle contractions biggest electricity (EMS) amplitude, maximum dorsiflexion foot-leg angle, gross motor scale (GMFM-88) on behalf of the walking ability of E area to assess. Results: after 8 weeks treatment, the biggest dorsiflexion of foot - leg Angle of the affected side in the two groups of children were significantly lower than before treatment (P < 0.05); Pretibial muscle maximum contraction EMS and GMFM-88E scores improved obviously than before the treatment (all P < 0.05), and the observation group higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Nerve functional reconstruction therapeutic system combined exercise therapy can improve the abnormal gait in children with hemiplegia type of cerebral palsy, improve the ambulation ability.
