可伸缩式擦桌装置的传动机构设计

     

摘要

Mechanic transmission organs were designed according to different work demands of telescopic scraping table device. Desktop cleanness was solved between equal cross-section width and variable cross-section width. Parallelogram lozenge organ was designed for realizing biggish transmission ratio. The math models of transmission organ flex ratio were established based on organ geometry relations. Numerical calculation analysis was finished. For meeting variable cross-section width work demands, spring organ replaces lozenge organ, and space distance of scraping table device gets control. Spring organ is applied in variable cross-section table, and lozenge organ is fit for equal section. The whole device is also suitable used in eatery and dining-room locations etc.%针对可伸缩式擦桌装置输出运动的不同工作要求,设计机械传动机构,解决定截面宽度与变截面宽度的桌面清理清洁问题.为了实现较大的传动比,设计平行四边形菱形伸缩机构,基于机构运动几何关系,建立机械传动机构伸缩比的数学模型,并对其进行数值计算分析.为了适应变截面桌面宽度的工作要求,选用可伸缩式弹簧替换菱形伸缩机构,自适应控制擦桌装置侧板间距.弹簧伸缩机构应用于变截面桌面,菱形伸缩机构适合于定截面桌面,整套擦桌装置适用于食堂、餐厅等各类餐饮类场所.
