美国图书馆数字资源长期保存利用中的隐私政策与实施措施及启示

摘要

在数字资源长期保存与利用过程中,隐私保护是不可忽视的法律问题。本文基于对美国图书馆协会和ARTstor数字图书馆隐私保护政策和实施措施的实证研究,对美国图书馆现行较有效的隐私保护政策和实施方案加以介绍和分析,进而探讨了对中国图书馆的启示,以期对中国图书馆隐私政策和实施措施研究提供参考与借鉴。%In the process of long - term digital preservation and utilization, privacy protection is legal liability impossible to be ignored. On the basis of the empirical researches on the privacy policy and implementation of ALA and ARTstor Digital Library, an analysis, discussion and introduction to present effective privacy policy and implementation in American libraries are made, in order to learn the experiences and draw the inspirations in the research on privacy policy and implementation for Chinese libraries.
