全面免费时代公共图书馆服务的实践与思考——以杭州市萧山图书馆为例

This paper takes Xiaoshan library for example in the context of that the Chinese public library entering free service times, introduces the course, difficulty and solution that the library carries out free services. Then, this paper raises that public library should innovate the service in the free service times, and provide the readers with better service.%文章在我国公共图书馆即将进入全面免费时代的大背景下,以杭州市萧山图书馆为例,介绍了该馆开展免费服务的基本历程、免费服务过程中遇到的困难和问题及解决问题的实践和思考,并提出在全面免费时代到来之际,图书馆应当主动创新服务方式,为读者提供更加优质的服务。
