浅议提升公共图书馆服务质量的原则和途径

摘要

公共图书馆作为我国教育、科技和文化事业的重要组成部分，必须进一步提高服务质量，并实现其职能的转换，本文主要研究了公共图书馆服务特性，提升服务应坚持的原则，以及提升公共图书馆服务的途径。%As the important part of education, science and culture in China we must further improve service quality, and realize its function transformation. This paper mainly discusses the connotation and characteristics of public library service . The principles and ways to improve the quality of public library service are also put forward.
