多类型集群图书馆发展的理论研究探赜

摘要

According to the problems of multi-type cluster library development this paper thinks that the theoretical analysis framework,the theory of multidisciplinary perspective multi-type cluster library is the connotation library and its foundation theory includes ： public theory,resources sharing theory,system theory ,resources cluster theory,the cultural consciousness theory.Users should study many theories.We introduce the social capital theory,the production organization theory,negative impact theory,performance evaluation theory in order to realize the transcendence of the theory of multi-type cluster library development.%针对多类型集群图书馆的发展问题,认为理论分析框架、多学科视角下的集群图书馆是它的内涵理论。公共性理论、资源共享理论、系统论、资源集聚理论、文化自觉论是它的基础理论。用户需要理论、组织学习理论、价值链理论、共生理论是它的动因理论。原则理论、态势互动与协同进化理论、机制理论、投入产出理论是它的管理运行理论。其结论是力图为其实践提供有力的理论支撑。希望通过引入社会资本理论、生产组织形式理论、负面影响理论、绩效评价理论达到多类型集群图书馆发展的理论超越。
