论图书馆联盟中的契约机制

契约是维系图书馆联盟成员馆平等合作关系的重要机制，也是防范合作成员道德风险与机会主义行为的有效手段。图书馆联盟契约具有参与成员的意愿性、内容的清晰性与形式的完整性、执行上的奖励性与惩罚性、合法性等特征。图书馆联盟契约构建受到信息、利益、能力与地位、可预期等多种因素的影响，各成员馆应遵循平等、详尽完善的原则，共同参与制定契约机制并进行契约维护，同时根据情况变化对契约进行适应性调整。%Contract is an important mechanism to maintain the equal partnership in library consortium, and is also effective means to prevent moral risks and opportunistic behaviors.Approved by all partners, clear in content and integrated in modality, containing both rewarding and punishing items, and legal in effect are the characteristics of library consortium contract.The structure of library consortium contract is affected by many factors, including amount of information, interests, capability and position, and foreseeable factors.Library consortium members should follow the principles of equality and thoroughness, and draft the contract mechanism and maintain the contract together, meanwhile adjust the agreements according to the changed circumstances.
